About Tanya

I’m Tanya and I consider myself to be really lucky to be a director within IntraQuest. I’m a mum of two teenagers who are full of life and constantly challenge my thinking and character. Obviously in a good way. My favourite things in life are kindness, long walks to blow away life’s cobwebs, chill time with the lovely people in my life and my little Greek rescue dog.

I have spent my 33 year career working in local government within the child and family arena, SEND, quality and school readiness, life long permanence and adoption for little people, and domestic abuse services. Mainly leading teams to develop empathic and meaningful engagement with individuals and families, supporting and empowering behaviour change and resilience. The attributes I hold to be dear in life are compassion, laughter and friendship.
