Clinical Supervisions

As professionals, you work with children and families that carry a lot of emotional baggage and some of this inevitably transfers to you as you support them each day. Over time, and often without conscious awareness, this can take its toll on your own emotional well-being. It is vital to acknowledge the burden you carry and to give yourself the space to offload. Clinical Supervision provides safe, protected, therapeutic space for you to do just that!

School-Based Therapist

We place a therapist in your school, and they become part of your staff team – only we look after them so they can focus on looking after you! In line with our whole school approach, our therapists don’t just work with the children, they support all of the systems surrounding each child. This includes the teaching and support staff, any external professionals, and the family. After all, working only with the child, produces limited change, whereas, supporting the whole system brings about
psychological safety, and ultimately healing.
